I might have. I didn't realize people thought uncovering a murderer would be the place for sensitivity.

[There's slight derision in Walter's voice at the idea that he might need to show something like "care" or "tact" in regards to other people's emotions.]

Under normal circumstances, we wouldn't even consider what she did murder. The most you can fault her for is not realizing she was being offered poison.
